When prominent lawyer Kevin Vela was first in search of a place’ to establish his boutique law firm, Vela Keller, LAUNCH found the perfect space with a flexible lease that has supported his company’s lightning-fast growth. Now operating as Vela Wood, his firm has evolved into the city’s leading corporate law firm focusing on small businesses, entrepreneurs, and startups. Over time, LAUNCH has invested alongside Kevin Vela and his partners in DAN Fund I and II, which are focused on mid-stage ventures.

Serial entrepreneur and Stanford MBA Steven Riskey connected with Jon Altschuler in 2009, not long after both founded their own firms. LAUNCH has since helped Riskey and his affiliated firms navigate several office leases and, most recently, a building acquisition, all the while partnering to back and support other entrepreneurs through investment syndicates.

LAUNCH has worked with this fast-growing Dallas technology consulting firm for several years. As Credera has multiplied its business and quintupled its space (from 6,000 to 30,000 square feet), LAUNCH has led lease negotiations, maximizing both profitability and flexibility.

It was an honor when the city’s leading co-working space, Common Desk, brought LAUNCH in to find creative, interactive workspaces to match their rapid growth. We scoured Dallas to find several unique locations and also finalized their fourth outpost in Fort Worth. The innovative company shows no signs of slowing, and we’re excited to continue our work together.

When local venture capital firm Hangar Ventures wanted to expand from a sublease to their own private office, LAUNCH found them the ideal spot in one of downtown Dallas’ hippest buildings. Even better? They now have plenty of room for their clients. We also handled their previous sublease, which is now headquarters for the Akola Project, a popular local philanthropic jewelry company.
